When you choose to spend your Holidays in Saas-Fee you have to make difficult choices. The Saas Valley offers much more activities than just skiing. Hiking in summer and in winter on fantastic winter hiking trails, enjoy a wellness day in one of the numerous day spas, scouting the cross-country ski trail or take the zipline down the “Gorge”? The offers are endless and you certainly won’t have one boring day in Saas-Fee.
Winter activities:
In winter, skiing is clearly the main activity. The Saas Valley with its more than 150km of slopes is a very versatile ski area with beginner to very demanding slopes. With the ski area up to 3600 meters above sea level, Saas-Fee offers the greatest snow security in the entire European Alpine region – nowadays a very important aspect in the selection of a winter holiday destination. Who wants to ski on a white strip in green surroundings for Christmas? On the Saas glacier field this is impossible. Speaking of glaciers, with the Saas-Fee Guides you can also explore these glaciers on snowshoes – an unforgettable experience. The same Saas-Fee Guides also offer numerous ski tours, from more simple (but never to be underestimated) like the Allalin to very demanding, multi-day tours. The rope park, or for advanced climbers one of the numerous climbing routes should be visited in any case, an experience for young and old. Mountain bikers will be overjoyed with the numerous trails they can ride. And the offer on the sports field leaves nothing to be desired with tennis, driving range, Alpine golf, beach volley, slackline, mini golf and much more.
There are also many activites for children in summer as in winter. Listing all would be much too long for a blog entry, so diverse is the offer. Boredom in Saas-Fee is therefore hardly possible and we are looking forward to seeing you here soon.
