König Immobilien is a real estate company based in the ski resort Saas-Fee, also known as „the pearl of the alps“ in Switzerland. Heidi and Beat König founded the company in 1987. In 2013 their daughter Maria König and her husband Reto Friedrich took over the company. König Immobilien is specializing in the sale of apartments and chalets in the Saas Valley and is renting out over 50 vacation homes in Saas-Fee. Moreover, König Immobilien is handling the property management for several houses.
