Description
The Alphubel House (formerly Hotel Alphubel) was completely renovated and converted in 2025/26. The hotel has been transformed into top modern and luxurious holiday apartments. The location of the house is very practical, only a few minutes' walk from the car park and the shuttle bus to the mountain railways is also quickly accessible.
This luxurious apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a cabin bed (double bed below, single bed above) and thus accommodates 3 people. With the 3 additional bedrooms, up to 9 people can comfortably stay in the apartment.
The open, very modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is very well equipped. In front of the kitchen is the spacious living room with comfortable sofa, fireplace and large dining table. From the living room you have access to the large balcony with wonderful views over the whole of Saas-Fee and the mountain panorama.
The flat also has a washing machine and a private ski storage cupboard.

The Bavaria House is located in the center of the village, just a short distance from the slopes of the Stafelwald ski lift and about 5 minutes from the main street. With good snow conditions, guests can ski directly to the house. It is also situated right next to the Restaurant Schäferstube.
The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and one with two bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/WC and the other with a bathtub/shower and WC. The large living and dining area with an open kitchen is the perfect place to unwind. A fireplace, which serves as the heart of the apartment, adds extra coziness. Additionally, the apartment has a large terrace.
A communal ski room and free Wi-Fi are also available.

House Berghof is located only 100 metres from the slopes of the Stafelwald lift and also close to the main road of Saas-Fee. In good snow conditions you can ski directly in front of the house.
This luxury apartment is located on the top floor of house Berghof, a new built house directly next to the slopes of skilift Stafelwald. The apartment consist of 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a double bed whereas 2 of them can be separated in 2 singles. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms in the apartment plus a 4th bathroom next to the bunk room.
All rooms in the apartment are very spacious, especially the huge living room with sofa, seating and eating area plus a reading corner. All centred around the cosy fireplace. The open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with the newest appliances. There is also a mezzanine floor with a work desk. And the guests can also enjoy the separate TV room. The materials used in the apartment are of the highest quality. Also the views from the large balcony can't be beaten. The flat has a private ski cellar with a boot warmer. A perfect place for your holiday.
