House Sole is situated next to the Hannigbahn (hiking and sledging area), slightly elevated above the village of Saas-Fee. This guarantees a wonderful view over the village & mountains. It is a 5-minute walk to the village centre and 10-12 minutes to the ski area. Ski lockers for skis & boots are available for guests at the slopes.
The penthouse is on the 2nd floor and has recently been completely renovated. The flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. House Falke is the first house behind the parking P1. Therefore, it offers one of the rare possibilities in Saas-Fee to drive by car up to the house and bring the luggage without the need of a taxi up to the apartment. In winter, the free post bus (large bus) stops directly in front of the house and runs regularly to Alpin Express whic guarantees an easy access to the ski lifts.
