The old Hotel Astoria was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with beautiful flats. The location of House Riverside is very central, it is only a 200m walk to the Alpin Express cable car. The village square with the church is also only a 5-minute walk away.

House Falke is the first house behind the parking P1. Therefore, it offers one of the rare possibilities in Saas-Fee to drive by car up to the house and bring the luggage without the need of a taxi up to the apartment. In winter, the free post bus (large bus) stops directly in front of the house and runs regularly to Alpin Express whic guarantees an easy access to the ski lifts.

The apartment has a very spacious bedroom with double bed (180cm) plus sofa bed (140cm) plus 2 other bedrooms each with a double bed (160cm). The large bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower/toilet/sink and washing machine. The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub/toilet/washbasin. The modern open kitchen has an oven, refrigerator and freezer. Furthermore, guests will find amenities such as soda stream, Nespresso machine and a bar with various drinks. In the living room, it has a Smart TV with Netflix function and a jukebox. From the balcony you can enjoy a great view of the mountains all the way to Saas-Almagell.
