Ideally situated within 100 meters from the central village car park, which allows easy access for the loading/unloading of luggage/ski equipment, it is also a short 5 minutes’ walk down to the heart of the village and dozens of restaurants which are scattered throughout the village, some just a few minutes’ walk away. The ski lifts are a pleasant 10 -15 minutes’ walk away or a very short ski-shuttle bus ride away (bus ride is free).

The Bavaria House is located in the center of the village, just a short distance from the slopes of the Stafelwald ski lift and about 5 minutes from the main street. With good snow conditions, guests can ski directly to the house. It is also situated right next to the Restaurant Schäferstube.
The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and one with two bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/WC and the other with a bathtub/shower and WC. The large living and dining area with an open kitchen is the perfect place to unwind. A fireplace, which serves as the heart of the apartment, adds extra coziness. Additionally, the apartment has a large terrace.
