Description
The house Dominic A is located directly by the ski slopes of the Skilift Stafelwald and thus offers a great ski-in, ski-out option in winter with good snow conditions. The village street with various restaurants is also just a short walk away.
The modern, renovated flat on the 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180cm). The other bedrooms have 2 single beds respectively 1 bunk bed. All bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe for ample storage space and there is also a desk, ideal for home office. The 2 bathrooms are spacious and modern, one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and the living area is spatially slightly separated from the great, open kitchen with dining area in front of the kitchen. From the kitchen & living room there is access to the south-facing balcony with plenty of sunshine and a wonderful view.
In the house Dominic there is also a shared wellness area with sauna & hot tub (chargeable). There is also a shared ski room and a laundry room in the house.

House Serac is located in the centre of the village, a short walk from the main street and the groceries stores. The main cable way in Saas-Fee, Alpin Express, is just 200 meters away.
The penthouse is a 3 bedroom apartment which is spacious and bright and with an open, large living/dining room. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room which makes a great & cozy athmosphere. Also from the living room there is the exit to the south facing balcony with fantastic views over the mountains.
2 bedrooms consist of 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. The open kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave & Nespresso machine. 1 bathroom has a bathtub (with Jacuzzi option)/toilet/sink, the second bath is equipped with a shower/toilet/sink.
